Integral management system policy

Evoagro, is a solutions integrator within the agri value chain, that merges its capabilities in sourcing, logistics, financing, technology, and knowledge with the purpose of taking the agricultural sector to new and higher levels of productivity and profitability, while connecting it to global markets. Recognizing the importance of a comprehensive approach, we are committed to implementing a policy that encompasses all necessary aspects to ensure process efficiency, minimize negative environmental impacts, and maintain the well-being of our workers.

In alignment with the above, we establish:

  • We strive to ensure satisfaction of the needs and expectations of all stakeholders, including customers, workers, suppliers, all our evoaliados (Evo partners), and the community at large.
  • We contribute to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System as support for achieving organizational goals, promoting innovation and efficiency in our processes.
  • We adopt mechanisms for planning, control, and efficient resource management, aimed at meeting quality standards through the articulation of all organizational processes.
  • We comply with applicable legal requirements and other regulations for the supply of products and the effective provision of our services, particularly regarding environmental and occupational risk matters related to our economic activities.
  • We provide safe and healthy working conditions, protecting our employees, hired personnel, contractors, and visitors, ensuring the prevention of injuries and health deterioration.
  • We establish preventive and promotional measures, identifying, evaluating, assessing, and defining controls based on prioritization for the elimination of hazards and reduction of risks. We promote a culture of self-care, as well as pollution prevention and environmental protection through environmental impact management.
  • We manage occupational health and safety risks and opportunities through worker consultation and participation processes, and by responding promptly to communications from stakeholders and interested parties within the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS).
  • We develop the required competencies in occupational health and safety among our personnel so they can act as multipliers of the OHSMS.

This policy applies to all our work centers and employees, regardless of their work arrangement or employment relationship, including contractors. It will be reviewed annually and communicated to all interested parties.

Evoagro makes available to its employees, suppliers, contractors, shareholders and other stakeholders THE EVOAGRO ETHICS LINE, with the aim of promoting compliance with ethical standards, transparency and integrity, which are fundamental pillars of our Company, as well as preventing possible fraud, bad practices and irregular situations within our Organization. This platform is designed so that, in the event of learning of any event or situation related to fraud, corruption, money laundering or other irregularities, third parties can confidentially and securely report the different situations that may arise. The Evoagro Ethics Line guarantees the confidentiality of the information provided and protects the identity of the whistleblower.

Complaints that can be filed through this line include, but are not limited to, misuse and misappropriation of Company assets, deliberate actions that contradict ethical values ​​and principles of conduct, violations of internal regulations, policies or procedures, inappropriate disclosure of privileged or restricted information, and other actions considered contrary to current regulations and internal Company policies.
